We manufacture large spectrometer and analyser magnets weighing tens of tons to quadrupole magnets weighing less than a kilogram. Specialists in hollow core conductor, copper strip and wire wound magnets. From one-off and prototype magnets to high-volume production, we are capable of handling almost any project.
Making high precision electromagnets that reliably perform to their design specifications requires great experience and in-depth knowledge of the entire manufacturing process. All critical components are manufactured at our own facility to maintain the high tolerances required.
We have helped develop many manufacturing specialties including resin cast, AC magnets and pioneered EDM wire cutting for precision shaping of multipole tips.
