BSL has been manufacturing beam lines for the flat panel market for several years now.
Recently we manufactured a magnet for use in flat panel implanting, which is used to manufacture LED TV's, Smart Phones and touch panels. This magnet weighs 35 tonne and can manufacture 7, 000 implanted panels per month.
The current world demand for smart phone technology is 34,000 panels per month. The world demand for smart phone technology is currently around 100 million units per annum, however our customer research shows that this will increase to over 1 billion units by year end 2015.
